On the first day of the L.A. press junket for the Watchmen movie, I got inside information on the exact moment that the Owl Ship was going to be delivered to the hotel where the event was being held.
I managed to get these exclusive photos of Nite Owl II's sweet ride being delivered to the parking lot where it was going to be used for some select television interviews.
Once the old boy was all set up and plugged in, I even managed to get permission to climb on board and get a few shots of Archie's interior.
For those of you who missed the Owl Ship, not to worry. We received some inside information that he's not going to be scuttled any time soon. In fact, it's likely he's going to be put on permanent display with some other famous large movie props very soon.
Unfortunately WB turned down my generous offer to let them keep it in my garage.
