Cudmore back on? Now this is weird considering the cut back that Colossus had on X3...

I mean the make up, Hoult was a great Beast, but I thought his make up was to cat like.

I find the X-Men films a bit... Strange... I enjoy them while I watch them, but I seldom have any desire to return for repeat viewings.

I know I'll take some shit for this, but my favourite so far was X3. However, I have no real love for the X-Men comics. For me, X3 just seemed to have a broader scope than the others, and more was at stake - plus we had balls-out, wall-to-wall mutant battles for most of the film.

I did really dislike the way Cyclops was killed off-screen though.

I always thought that was a full Marvel Comics styled '....or, IS HE ???? ' type death scene. Especially considering Phoenix' almost goddess-like abilities. He's likely out there in a trans-dimensional warp place for a few issues.. oops! I mean, films.

Nobody gave a shit about Singer's Scott after he was so shortchanged in the first movie.
I mean, only the fans. And even then it was a low ranking complaint next to everything else X3 did wrong.
I gave a shit cause he's my favorite character, but he was criminally underwritten.

I doubt he's coming back for this one, but if he's not, I'm gonna be pissed. So I'm preparing for the suck.
Regardless, this could be -otherwisely- promising.

Also, a singular fuck was given not, about storm.

Other than occasionally watching the 90's X-Men cartoon, I was never really a fan, so - although I am aware of the liberties taken with the characters and storylines - I was never emotionally invested in the subject enough to be bothered.

Other than Cyclops' offscreen death, I found X3 to be a really good end to a trilogy of films.

Bishop and Warpath CONFIRMED (assumedly also cast by the fact they have chairs already)

I don't think people realized how much of a fucking badass he was in First Class.

Heaven help me, I don't remember a thing about Beast from First Class. I remember that crowbarred-in connection with Mystique because no way it could be a coincidence that they're both blue, but that's about it.

Magneto, however? Yeah, he was a straight-up BAMF.

Dude, the scene where he grabs him by the fucking neck and starts strangling him, NO ONE in the X-Men movie universe has gone as far as Beast, specially given how the scene shifts from complete melancholy into full psycho-rage.
