Actually, I'm guessing the Guardians movie will use the Church of Universal Truth as the villain (See Guardians of the Galaxy #25), because their mission was to ressurect Thanos. Therefore they could set the Guardians movie before Avengers and explain Thanos's return to power.

Actually, Detroit Steel was built by Justine Hammer, Hammer's daughter who is currently running Hammer industries in the pages of IIM.

Fair enough, but making it built by Justin instead of Justine is less of a stretch than having Iron Patriot in the movie, when iron patriot is Norman Osborn, who marvel studios don't have the rights to.

And when Iron patriot would be totally useless in this movie...

Exactly, so why is he in it when Detroit Steel would make more sense?

I have a question: do we know that suit will be called Iron Patriot? I mean, there is the real chance that just because it looks like IP people are assuming, when in all honesty it could be Detroit Steel or maybe even just a suit Tony makes for an expo of some sort.

I don't think there has been any indication of what it's going to be called. It looks like the Iron Patriot suit, so it seems like everyone is just assuming.

That's exactly what i'm saying! It looks like iron patriot, but it could be Detroit Steel or War machine Mk2 our anything they want, or maybe it's only in one scene and is more of an Easter egg.

Yeah, this is what it's seeming like, speculation can be good... but at times like this it can be frustrating.

In retrospective, it can even be one Tony´s armor, but with a Cap flavor for lulz. But then there´s that shoulder canon...

I still think that during the scene in Avengers where Loki is inquiring about how they were able to get a squad of scientists together so fast, with the answer being that S.H.I.E.L.D. has a lot of enemeis... there should have been some A.I.M. guys, some HYDRA guys, Secret Empire guys, Agencee Byzantine guys, and Black Spectre guys in addition to "plainclothesmen" just hinting at the varous Megacrime syndicates.

The best art of that would have been that they never would have had to explain any of the groups, the lack of knowledge would make people research or just become curious... which would lead right into movies like this where they explain A.I.M.

Keep on the lookout for a character named George Tarleton, because if A.I.M. is popping up in the Marvel films it can only mean one thing:

MODOK! MODOK! MODOK!

As a grown ass man, I'm not sure why I still get so excited about things like this.

Oh, I like her.

And while I feel confident that I will not be living to 150, I will still accept the label "adultlescent."

No shit, she's kinda hot !

It's a little hard to pronounce though, "adultlescent".
