I was wondering if its possible to allow one to organise members on the members page by their post count, website, etc? If not, I recommend it should be a feature. :D

Yup it's possible
At the bottom of the member page is a drop down box that allows you to sort by
* Username
* Location
* Joined Date
* Post Count
* Email
* Website
etc

Choose whether you want it to be ascending or descending then click submit
