You say that like it's a surprise? It was one of the albums that got me really into metal.

This is the first time I've sat down to listen to the entire album. I've heard all sorts of random songs from the band, but never full albums. Boy did I miss quite a bit. Also, a lot of people around here seem to think they're one of those anti-Christ bands, silly sods they are.

Lol, yeah that's a major misconception because aesthetically they look kinda extreme, but compared to a lot of metal they are actually pretty accessible,

Never actually listened to that before, but it was pretty great.

As one of the resident PF fans, I oughta slap you.

However, better later than never. Now listen to everything else.

I'm actually listening to The Wall now and I've been considering going to either the Buffalo or Albany show of the Roger Waters tour next month with a friend. It looks pretty great, I just don't know if I can shell out the cash for a ticket along with gas money.

I've been considering the Albany show, since my aunt lives near it and it's right around my birthday. But there's also a showing at Yankee Stadium, and even though it isn't until July, it's much closer...

Should be the soundtrack to Tron 2 Two: Back in the Habit.

No, listen to this.

Flaming Lips homage, covering the entire album. Like listening to a long lost friend.... who just returned from Mars.

I know I promoted this elsewhere on the forum, but hey... I'm a proud dad!

dunno if any other muse fans are around here, but this is definitely worth a listen. it's such a huge step above resistance, i'd put it on the same shelf as their older stuff.

cool, I'm a type of muse fan, I was really into them about the time of Absolution, about 9 years ago, and I've liked all their albums since, although they've all had to grow on me, I'll have to give this one a go
