Don't hate the game just because you suck at it.

You should try Vuvuzela Hero. It's much easier.

It's not that I can't get the hang of the game, I just think they're silly.
I'd say it's a lot more fun to, and you get a lot more out of it, if you actually just jam and play real instruments in your lounge room with your friends, rather than play a game where you're pretending to do it.
What I like about video-games is the escapism. I'm allowed to go skating, or do missions for the mafia, or hunt zombies, all from the comfort of my lounge room.

Can you actually play an instrument? Because I can't, which is why I like guitar hero I get to pretend I can do something that would pick up chicks... :cry:

Well, what I'm saying is that if you can't play an instrument it IS escapism

I play bass.
It's not hard to learn an instrument though. The time that some of these guitar hero players put into getting 100 percent on freebird could just be better spent, I think.

I kinda like Guitar Hero, but Dance Dance Revolution is really where my heart is. Been playing that game for years.

Played Rock Band once and absolutely hated it. It was the drum, really -- the drum set-up on Rock Band does not make a lick of sense.

I'll admit that I too think that dance games rule.

Never really had a chance to play a dance game, I'm a bit ((LOT)) too poor to afford the systems, much less the games. ^^;;

It looks like a lot of fun though.
