wow this thread died a bit, there's a leaked script going around apparently, some guy i know on another forum has read it and says it's very good.

I just finished reading the script and it was awesome. ;D

First of all, I'm 99% sure that this script is the real deal.

Some info...
Neither Thor or any of the other aseir talk like they do in the comics. It's the same as they did in the trailer.

Odin kicks some ass when he saves Thor and his friends from the frost giants. Awesome!

Thor was stripped of his powers when he was thrown out from Asgard. He can still kick some ass, but he can't take any more damage than a normal human. The Warriors Three and Sif have some superhuman powers though, even when they are on earth. Volstagg lifts a car for example.

When Jane gives Thor a new set of clothes, the shirt has a sticker that says "Hello, My Name is Dr. Donald Blake". Apparently he is Jane's ex.

Selvig (Stellan Skarsgård's character) mentions a scientist he once knew - an expert in gamma radiation. He says that SHIELD showed up and the guy was never heard from again. My guess is that he's talking about Banner. Selvig also mentions that he knows Dr. Pym.

Thor can fly by using the winds to lift him. He can also fly by swinging the hammer around and launch himself into the air.

Hawkeye is a sniper that is working for SHIELD.

Coulson first suspects Thor to be a mercenary. He says that groups like HYDRA would pay well for a guy like Thor.

Loki tries to lift Mjolnir when it's on earth, but fails.

The fight between Thor and the Destroyer is epic as hell. Can't wait to see it.

Thor considers the son of Coul to be his ally and tells him that they both have the same goal, to protect earth.

Loki's plan was to destroy Jotunheim (home of the frost giants) by aiming Bifrost at it. Apparently Bifrost can't be animed at one of the nine worlds for more than a short period of time, or else it will destroy it. Thor has to destroy the Rainbow bridge, from which Bifrost gets its power, to ensure that doesn't happen.

The fight between Thor and Loki is pretty epic as well
.
I'm very pleased with this script and this is probably the finished product and not some early version. Based on this, I'll say that Thor will be Marvel's best film to date. :)

252525 is the colour to make spoilers invisable in quotes by the way.

Avatar saw it on one place,I saw it on comicbookmovie.com .It´s not a complete script, but by the pointers,it fits everything up until now.

new clip out...and I still don't get it. Why exactly are people excited for this again?

Everything I've seen is either just bland.....or this. I really hope this isn't what I should expect the action scenes to be because it looks pretty terrible.

Woo!

I'm really encouraged by the fact that it says the relationships between Loki, Odin, and Thor work well and even more that they call Loki a "a complex and surprisingly layered villain". One dimensional portrayals of villains suck.

So yay! Looking forward to it.

Major controversy regarding Chris Hemsworth's casting.

Since our friend is probably hibernating, here´s a "review" from a friend of another forum...

"Thor

Thor opened in Sweden today, and being a Marvel geek I had tickets. It was quite good, though some bits were disappointing, mainly the action (the drama is good enough to compensate for this though). There's a great action sequence early on, and then movie never goes to that height again in terms of action.
The fight with the Detroyer near the end

.

Acting wise Tom Hiddleston (Loki) is probably the highlight here... though noone is bad either. It's a very competent cast.

I'd probably put this on the level of the first Iron Man flick, which I also thought was quite good.
