Looking for Watchmen fan films? We got 'em. Have a suggestion for a fan film we should post? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. And we won’t post videos of comic book panel montages whipped up in iMovie, or your boyfriend's YouTube rant on clock symbolism, so don't ask. Just send us the good stuff.
This is one of the most original and funny Watchmen parodies I’ve ever seen. It’s an original rap song which contains lyrical gems like, “Hey Silky, why you gotta front. You want to screw a guy who’s blue So why not screw two?” Bravo.
Yes, it’s another fan trailer for the upcoming Watchmen movie, and, no, this one doesn’t suck. One fan didn’t like it and thought that it made Watchmen look like a “cheap grindhouse movie,” but I thought it was pretty damn funky.
The second trailer for a highly stylized short film based on elements of Watchmen. I don’t know what to make of this one, but I know one thing for sure — they’ve got me hooked. I’m kinda looking forward to seeing the finished film.
The second installment of a fan’s Watchmen character origin series. This time he mashed up panels from the “Watchmaker” chapter to give us the story of Jon Osterman’s rebirth into Dr. Manhattan. Thanks again for the shoutout in the intro!
What would it be like if The Joker fought The Comedian? Hopefully more exciting than this video. Yeah, it’s not so good, but I have to give this guy props on some decent custom action figures and the four hours he says he spent animating the film.
This movie puts the “low” in low budget, but considering it’s just a one man show with a video camera and whatever he could scrounge from around the house, it’s pretty darn good. In the words of the kid who created it, “I tried my best.”
Part one of an excruciating six part series where some dudes with lots of incorrect information give their meandering opinions on why a Watchmen movie should not be made. If you can sit through the first installment, go watch the rest over on YouTube.
